50% Downpayment
Once you're happy with the quote and ready to move forward, we collect a 50% downpayment to secure your slot and officially begin your project.

Intake Form
You'll complete a simple onboarding form where you share everything we need to get started — brand assets, content, credentials, and any platform access required by our team.

We Build. You Relax.
Our team handles everything from here. We'll keep you in the loop, gather your feedback at key milestones, and deliver a website you're genuinely proud of.

Service Fee (50% to Start)
Once we've aligned on the scope, we collect 50% of the placement service fee. This covers the entire process of sourcing, vetting, and matching the right candidates to your needs.

Meet 3 Candidates
We present you with 3 pre-vetted VA candidates. You interview each one at your own pace and choose the best fit — the decision is entirely yours.
Step 04
Hire & Activate
Once you've chosen your VA, the remaining 50% of the service fee is settled. From that point forward, you only pay for the actual hours your VA works — billed at their agreed hourly rate.
